Kate Glasheen — Illustrator, Hybrid Bastards!
Kate graduated in 2004 from Pratt Institute in the Fort Greene area of Brooklyn, NY, and acquired a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts Drawing. Her fine art is visibly influenced by sequential art, and she hopes that the reverse is true for her comic work. With a few gallery shows under her belt, and her first published comic due out in November through Archaia with writer Tom Pinchuk, Kate hopes to put the finishing touches on her time machine, and travel back to the mid-’80s where she can play her Nintendo without the distraction of bills to pay.
Kate's fine art work can be viewed at www.katiecrimespree.com.
