Chandra Free — Writer & Illustrator, The God Machine
Born and bred into the captivity of Orlando, Florida, Chandra (CHAN drah) finds her present-day home situated some 15 minutes from her childhood haunts.  It is here that she concocts her uniquely abstract—and elongated—art.  Outside of her beloved husband, nothing is more important to Chandra than her work.  Intensely interested in the incorporation of psychology into her art, she focuses on the subconscious and human aspects of her characters.  In addition to her personal projects, she currently works on the comic “Sullengrey” (Ape Entertainment) as a digital painter. 

When not chained to her desk, she can be seen out and about at soirees, dancing to industrial clanging, Goth chanting, and Moz-like croonings.
